Mr. Schiavo-Campo has, for over 25 years,  worked in multiple real estate industry capacities.  He has a background in credit, lending, security, and extensive knowledge of Mortgage Processing, Mortgage Finance, and Mortgage Title Insurance.  He is currently focused primarily on his title career, but he rounded out his resume when he became a Realtor.

He is currently affiliated with Good Hope Realty, LLC.

Ms. Jaquez Santos has a background in research and documentation. At the same time, in law school, she acted as a Building Manager providing assistance and insight to the Landlord and tenants at a private residential property in Northwest, DC.

Some of her fledgling duties included facilitating open houses, interviewing prospective tenants, receiving and assisting with applications, and coordinating with local contractors and the landlord for services such as pest control, maintenance, and repairs.

By the end of 2021, she took another step in her journey, and effective 2022 she became a Maryland Real Estate Broker and the Owner of Good Hope Realty, LLC.
